How We Created a Custom Pipe Hat Rack Solution With Personalized Finishing
Turning a Customer's Vision Into a Unique Product
After more than 10 years of manufacturing experience, we have learned that our work is not limited to producing standard industrial pipe furniture.

One of our recent projects was a custom hat rack designed for a customer in the United States. The product combined industrial pipes, wooden panels, personalized logos, and premium packaging, creating a completely customized solution.
This project required us to solve several challenges, from logo processing to surface finishing and final packaging.
Challenge 1: Creating a Complex Custom Logo on Wood
The customer required their logo to be applied on the wooden panel.
However, the design was not simply text. It included detailed graphics and colorful elements, which made the process more challenging.
To achieve the desired effect, we combined different techniques:
- Laser engraving technology for precise details
- Ink printing technology for colorful patterns
- Surface finishing to improve the final appearance
Through multiple tests and adjustments, we successfully reproduced the customer's logo design with the quality and visual effect they expected.
Challenge 2: Developing Multiple Vintage Pipe Finishes
The customer wanted the industrial pipe structure to have a unique vintage appearance.
Instead of a standard finish, we developed three different antique-style colors:
- Vintage silver
- Antique copper
- Green copper patina
Each finish required careful color adjustment and surface treatment to create a natural retro appearance while maintaining product durability.
Challenge 3: Customized Premium Packaging
For this project, packaging was also part of the customer's brand experience.
The customer required:
- Their logo printed on the packaging
- A high-end appearance
- A specific premium color
After repeated testing, we developed a custom chocolate-brown packaging color that matched the customer's expectations.
We also improved the internal packaging structure to ensure the product could safely travel overseas.
