How We Developed a Custom Kraft Paper Roll Memo Board for a U.S. Customer

A U.S. customer came to us with an idea for a Wall Mounted Kraft Paper Roll Memo Board.
The product looks simple, but it combines several completely different components: wood, metal pipes, hooks, a cutting bar and kraft paper.
Instead of asking the customer to source these parts separately, we helped develop and coordinate the complete set.

1. Wood & Metal Components
The wood board forms the base of the product, while the industrial pipe system holds the kraft paper roll.
We coordinated the board dimensions, finish, pipe length, fittings, flanges and mounting positions so that all components could be assembled as one complete product.
This also allows customers to customize wood colors and metal finishes for different markets.
2. Hooks & Cutting Bar
Small components can make a big difference to the finished product.
The customer needed hooks for accessories and a metal bar that could help hold and cut the paper.
We matched these components to the dimensions of the board instead of using unrelated standard accessories.

3. Even the Kraft Paper Was Customized
The paper roll was also part of the project.
Paper width, roll diameter and length needed to work with the pipe holder and overall board dimensions.
We therefore helped the customer source and match the kraft paper instead of supplying only the metal and wooden parts.
