How We Customized a Firewood Cart for Different Log Sizes
A customer approached us with a request to customize a firewood cart for outdoor use. The basic frame was similar to our existing model, but several details needed to be redesigned for their market and application.
Instead of simply supplying a standard cart, we worked with the customer to solve four specific requirements.

1. Designed for 25 cm & 35 cm Logs
The customer needed the cart to carry both 25 cm and 35 cm firewood.
We adjusted the loading area and support structure so that different log sizes could be stacked more securely without making the cart unnecessarily bulky.
Customization available: frame size, loading capacity, height and log length.
2. Custom Canvas Protection
The standard cart had an open structure, while the customer wanted additional protection similar to a covered firewood carrier.
Based on their reference, we developed a custom-sized canvas cover to match the cart.
Canvas material, dimensions, color, fastening method and logo can all be customized.
3. Customized Securing Straps
For outdoor transportation, the customer also wanted straps to help secure the firewood.
We customized the strap length, fixing position and connection method according to the cart structure.
This helps reduce movement of the logs when transporting them over uneven surfaces.
4. Upgraded to Pneumatic Wheels
The original design used our standard wheels. The customer requested pneumatic tires for better outdoor mobility.
We modified the wheel and axle configuration accordingly.
